Great American BBQ Festival By The Numbers

0 - Cost of admission dollars for children under 12

1 - International ranking of the Great American BBQ in terms of size as a culinary festival

3 - Pounds of BBQ ribs consumed in the Daniels BBQ World Championship competitive eating contest, within 7 minutes

4 - Required types of meat to be turned in for qualification (chicken, pork butt,pork ribs and brisket) in the contest

5 - Years since it’s inaugural opening

6 - Tribute bands from the 60’s to the 90’s to play, on Sunday

10 - Dollars admission fee per day for adults. Children under 12 admitted free

15 - Value in dollars of the weekend wristband for the Festival

About the Great American Barbecue:
The Great American Barbecue is a fundraiser for the 25-to-1 Fund, a 501 (c)(3) organization affiliated with the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation.
