Bonesmokers take home Sam’s Club title in Wisconsin

Thank you to all the teams, judges, members and supporters that came out and helped to make the Madison, Wis. contest and Inaugural Sam’s Club BBQ Tour a blazing success!

Scoring major bragging rights and KCBS Team of the Year points, Bonesmokers took home Grand Champion and a check for $2,500. Big T'z Q Cru was named Reserve Grand Champion, earning $1,000.

Congratulations to the following teams for finishing first in specific categories:

• Chicken – Big Daddy's BBQ
• Brisket – A Boy & His BBQ
• Pork – Farmboy BBQ
• Ribs – Quenivorous

The following teams earned a spot at the Regional Event in Indianapolis, Ind. on Aug. 12-13:
