September 18, 2011The following items have been added to the previously prepared Agenda for the KCBS Board of Directors meeting originally scheduled for Sept. 14th to be continued.on Wednesday, September 21st.
To the CONTEST PROGRAM REPORT:
The InDevX contract has been sent to our lawyers for review. It will be presented for board approval when the contract clears legal. The new program has been named: KCBScore
To the MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
Business membership A business membership could be 200.00 as a supporting member, they might be entitled to an advertising discount on Bull-sheet publication, quarterly e-blasts for business members and or sponsors, they might also qualify for ability to post discounts on our members only discount page, they would be entitled to post a sticker stating that they were a supporter of KCBS on their business entran
Under NEW BUSINESS:
Tana Shupe: For Discussion, a suggestion to publish a copy of the Independent Contractor's Agreement in The Bullsheet.
Carolyn Wells: Comment card request.
Tana Shupe: Discussion for KCBS to assume administration of the Ph.B. program and to formalize "Turn-in-Table" procedures.
