January 19, 2012 After the cyber smoke had cleared and the dust had settled, over 650 teams jumped on board the Sam's Club National BBQ Tour and successfully completed their entry into one of the 25 local qualifiers that start Feb 18th.The interest and web traffic was smokin' hot! In fact, we noticed it created a few glitches and capacity issues that lasted for about 10 minutes. We recognize that this temporary delay made it impossible for some teams to register at a local event, and we're trying to find a resolution for those teams at this very moment.
Although we may not be able to resolve all issues, we believe that some issues involving a "used team member number" should be carefully considered and reviewed. So If you were unable to register for an event because you received the following message: “The member number or team name submitted has already been registered”, please let us know within the next 24 hours by following the link below. But please note: if you are already successfully registered at an event, we will not be able to move or alter your reservation.

As soon as we have reviewed your situation, we will be in touch with your team and suggest any possible solutions to getting you into the Sam's Club series.
