The Smokehouse Mafia takes home Sam’s Club title in Greensboro

Thank you to all the teams, judges, members and supporters that came out and helped make the Greensboro, NC, contest and Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour a blazing success!

Scoring major bragging rights and KCBS Team of the Year points, The Smokehouse Mafia took home Grand Champion and a check for $2,000. Smoke This was named Reserve Grand Champion, earning $1,500

Congratulations to the following teams for finishing first in specific categories:

• Chicken – Flaming Pig
• Brisket – Slicks BBQ
• Pork – Midnight Burn 
• Ribs – Pickin' Porkers

The following teams earned a spot at the Region 5 Final in Chesapeake, VA on Sept 15.
