Big Daddy's BBQ takes home Sam's Club title in Madison

Thank you to all the teams, judges, members and supporters that came out and helped make the Madison, WI, contest and Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour a blazing success!

Scoring major bragging rights and KCBS Team of the Year points, Big Daddy's BBQ took home Grand Champion and a check for $2,000. It's 5 O'Clock Somwhere was named Reserve Grand Champion, earning $1,500.

Congratulations to the following teams for finishing first in specific categories:

• Chicken – Baraboo Q
• Brisket – TippyCanoe BBQ Crew
• Pork – Big Daddy's BBQ
• Ribs – It's 5 O'Clock Somwhere

The following teams earned a spot at the Region 4 Final in Rockford, IL on Aug. 4.
