Special Meeting

August 15, 2012

Due to the urgency of several issues, the board came to a consensus to waive notice of the special meeting rules in order to have a meeting on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. central time.

The following items are on the Agenda for this meeting:

1.  Discussion of an incident and disciplinary action resulting from inappropriate behavior at the contest in McMinnville, TN.

2.  Discussion of a date change for a contest in Georgia.

3.  Approval of a contest that was missed on the August 8 sanctioning report.
