Iowa's Smokey D's BBQ takes home Sam's title in St. Charles

Thank you to all the teams, judges, members and supporters that came out and helped make the St. Charles, MO, contest and Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour a blazing success!

Scoring major bragging rights, Iowa's Smokey D's BBQ took home Grand Champion and a check for $5,000. Triple A Cookers was named Reserve Grand Champion, earning $3,000.

Congratulations to the following teams for finishing first in specific categories:

• Chicken – Boondoggle BBQ
• Brisket – Crimson & Blue BBQ Crew
• Pork – Fire Dancer BBQ
• Ribs – Pellet Envy
