Favorite competition moment: Tied between our first KCBS contest where we won people's choice and took 4th in pork and taking RGC last year at our Sam's Club National BBQ Tour local event.
Competition prep tip/cooking technique: If you do Cupcake Chicken, try using mini loaf pans instead; it will give you a more natural shape.
Goals for 2013: To get our first GC and go to the American Royal
