26th Annual Jack Draw Announced

The drawing for The 26th Annual Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue took place yesterday. For 26 years, “The Jack” has remained a highly sought after competitive barbeque event by competitors across the globe. Additionally, the event opens its gates to more than 25,000 guests from around the world who come to relish in the barbecue experience as they watch the best teams compete in categories like: Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder/Butts, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Dessert, Cook’s Choice and Jack Daniel’s Sauce... with everyone looking to claim the glory and title of Grand Champion.

The wait and suspense is finally over for this “invitation-only” event. Without further adieu, the 26th Annual Jack Daniel’s Invitational Draw.

Among the many criteria to qualify for ‘The Jack’ includes Grand Champions from the previous year’s Jack Daniel’s Invitational, the American Royal Open Competition, the annual Memphis in May and Houston Livestock & Barbecue competitions receive automatic entries. Additionally, to qualify U.S. teams must have already won a competition in which 50 or more teams participated, or they must have won a competition of at least 25 teams that has been designated a “state championship.” For more information about the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue, click here.
