November 20, 2014 -- 6 pm CST

 

Attending were Mark Simmons, Kim Collier, Bill Capstack, Dave Compton, Don Harwell, Dennis Polson, Candy Weaver, Randy Bigler, Richard Preston, Mike Peters.  Absent:  Wayne Lohman, Steve Farrin.  Mike McCloud, MMA attending.  Carolyn Wells and Karrin Murphy joined meeting in progress.

Closed Session

Discussion of MMA contract.

Discussion of Sam's Club Tour schedule.

Discussion of VoteNet for election.

Open Session

 

Dave Compton:  I move that the Sam's Club Tour schedule has been tentatively approved.  Schedule to be posted on or about December 7th.  Preston 2nd.  Passed.

 

Dennis Polson:  I move to reconsider the motion to approve the VoteNet contact with extensive arrangement passed last meeting.  Bigler 2nd.  Passed, 8 yes, 1 nay.

Dennis Polson:  I move that the Motion to approve the VoteNet contract with extensive arrangement be amended with the words extensive arrangement replaced with new password only known by the executive director and assistant, this motion supersedes any prior motion.  Compton 2nd.  Passed, 8 yes, 1 nay.

Candy Weaver moved to adjourn.  Collier 2nd.  Passed.
