  3. Confirm your registration by submitting payment for entry ($250). Teams may either pay online through PayPal or by contacting the KCBS office at 800-963-5227.
  4. Once payment has been received, your registration is confirmed. A KCBS Event Director will contact you if there are any questions or issues with your confirmation.

In consideration of accepting this position, I, the registrant, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my team, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, and relinquish any action or causes of action for personal or bodily injury, wrongful death, property damage or costs incurred that I or my team may have against the Sam's Club National BBQ Tour, Sam's Club National BBQ Tour sponsors and/or the Kansas City Barbeque Society, its representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries or damages suffered by myself, my team, or my guests at the event. Further, I grant permission to the event organizers and/or agents, authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.
