I've been cooking most of my life. Started smoking food as a hobby about 10 years ago. In 2010 Tyler Mandarich and I took a chance bought a big BBQ and started cooking for people (Bars,Graduations,Personal parties ext). Now its time to start trying to tap into some prize money. HAVING FUN is always our goal.

Biggest Wins: First try on July 27th. 3rd in Chicken 12th overall, its a great start for us now we can work on what we need to for next time. It was nice hearing our name called.
