The Appalachian "Q" Crew is a local Western North Carolina Competition BBQ team. We are a small group of friends that formed a love for BBQ and cooking! The love for "Q" fueled the fire to compete, so the start of 2009 we formed the team and it has been a addiction that will hopefully carry on for years to come!
We also offer catering services for private weddings, parties, & company picnics!

To make the best possible BBQ you have ever put in your mouth! If it's competition or catering you get the same quality of food every time!
