We started cooking on our own after I put in an apprenticeship of helping a good friend compete and cook for about four years. We keep looking for the best way to cook at competitions and hopefully someday we'll get a clue how to make the best BBQ.

Most wins in a year: 1-2012 Madison, In Ribberfest!!!! Several 1st, 2nd and 3rd in individual categories!!!
Biggest Wins: That very first ribbon we got for tenth place pork. It took a lot of work to get it. We appreciate any calls we get, we're just so lucky to be competing with, and learning from all these great masters of BBQ. ANd now we can add Reserve Grand Champion in 2010 in Kettering, Ohio and GC in Madison, In Ribeerfest 2012!!!!!
