John and Marsha started the Late Night Whiskey Smokers in 2000 with their first contest being Decatur AL. We started out cooking on a Klose. Before long we added a FE 100 to the collection. Now we have a FE 100 and a FEC 100, and love it! We have cooked over 75 contest and I do not see us quiting any time soon. We both work for Jack Daniel's in Lynchburg TN.
