Robin & I got into competition cooking at the local city fair in 2001,then into KCBS that same year at the local county fair. The rest is history.
We have progressed through a couple different grills, and are now on a FE 100 pellet cooker.
I am a KCBS certified judge, past president of the local BBQ society and I organize a couple different contests in the area each year.
BBQ has become a passion for both of us.
Phil Schaefer joined our crew at the beginning of 2009, making a well rounded team.
