Hit and Miss in categories Ribs were a strong point early in the Smokeshack days. As of lately all categories have been well. Working diligently to bring it all together. Family has continued being a big support system and guinnea pigs.

Biggest Wins: CHICKEN about 50% top ten for the contests we have done, 2012 being our strongest yet.
RIBS strong 1st and 2nd year. 2012 was a better year since the joining of forces.
Pork has turned out to be the strongest category as of late. 1st place in Pueblo in 2012 along with several top 10's.
Brisket has been the challenge until 2012. The profiles and cooking process has improved greatly in 2012.
