Stu's Q was founded by Stu's father Steve several years ago. The Stu's Q BBQ sauce has been a family recipe for over 25 years. Steve and Stu competed in a few KCBS BBQ events through the 2005 and 2006 season. Steve passed away in October 2007 and Stu plans to keep the BBQ dream his dad always had alive. In 2007, Stu and his wife April kept up competition cooking as a team, competing in 5 events in 2007. They consider BBQ a terrific hobby and plan to keep it up in the years to come.
