Started cooking whole hogs way back. Then switched to smoking pork after the acquisition of my first smoker in 2005. We're hooked and never looked back. My team consists of Bill Kemp and me. We met going to the Carolina Hurricanes Hockey games and enjoy a good tailgate. We are always striving to get better and improve our BBQ.
