I started Smokin' J's BBQ with the knowledge of having the best BBQ north of Texas, and so far, since I have 2 groups from waco, and sulfer spring TX comming here every year for bbq, I think my BBQ is definately the best north of Texas, and my ribs and pork have even been overseas. Now TOP That! seriously I'll welcome a throwdown challenge from anyone! even Bobby flay!
