PigDawg consists of Don Simpson and Mike Hays. We teamed up in July 2009 to create PigDawg. I cook Ribs and Pork, Mike cooks Chicken and Briskets. As Mike says- 1/2 the cost, 1/2 the work and twice the fun. We are having a ball and enjoying competing.
