Team Fatback was born in '09 at a local contest. It included our Pit Master - Jason from "Pit Master J's BBQ" and our friend Jon Lange (extra hand and official taste tester).
We have been working on our own recipes and practicing to compete in some bigger events. So, Inspired by our fans we will begin to cook in more contests in NE and CO.
