2 Co-workers got together and took a BBQ Pitmaster class by world famous Paul Kirk. Ever since, we have been hooked on the world of competitive BBQ. Our goal is to bring our unique flavors and techniques to the the competition judges. Having fun and making friends with the great people we meet along the way is what we are all about.
