I have been fascinated with cooking ribs as good as my local fair since I can remember. After several years of trying I finally got a chance to take a pit master class with Paul Kirk at a local BBQ restaurant. Ever since then I had the "BUG" to compete. I have found that competition BBQ teams are like a family that are always pulling for each other, always willing to help each other and then some!! I am honored to compete with such great people!!!
