WaunaQue is glad to be part of KCBS and enjoyed 2015 as part of three sanctioned comps, cooking with friends of Smoke Syndicate for a couple judging classes, a little catering and some retail sales of packaged BBQ.

We are still putting together our thoughts on 2016, but these are the KCBS comps and other festivals/comps we're thinking about.
