Fat Willies was going to be a sauce maker, but why stop at the sauce. Julian Sasser (a.k.a the skinny one) and I visited the Brenau BBQ championship in 2009 and investigated on what BBQ smoker was the best. We were swamped with information on Maxey Cookers, Bubba Smokers, the insulated verticals (BWS ans Stumps), and the Lang. We decided that the Lang 60D, and a Cookshack 50, then a Cookshack 150, and now there will be a Stumps Baby. WE LOVE bbq, but we like to sleep just as much. God bless the maker of the digi-Q and the Pit minder.
