Started by me and my lovely wife Jacqueline(jackie).We love all nite brisket smokes and she usually stays up with me.She has perfected our BBQ sauce(JOHNSONSAUCE)and its' great on pulled pork.I look forward to competing this year and also we are attempting to organize a BBQ cookoff in our community later this year.
