Our Team attended our first KCBS event oct-2011, as we have been doing FBA events previously. The Team is Jim Briggs Head Cook doing Ribs & Brisket and Mike Avery doing Chicken & Pork. Carol Briggs helps with presentation, seasoning, sauces and is the Team's Social Director.
Our mission is to win 1st in all 4 catagories and Grand Champion at every event, once we figure out how to pack the box with parsley ;-)
