Steve has been BBQing since he moved to missouri at 16. Steve was so impressed by the flavors and art that goes in to queing the way it should be done. Steve had been competeing in amateur competitions around Lee county Fl after moving here in 2005 and was winning with another friends team and my recipe. My wife Theresa is my second and attends all competitions to vend and set up turn in boxes. So this year We formed Porker Face and competed in our first KCBS comp. We also compete in FBA comps, cater and vend Competitions.
