RICHARD DON GUM
sssSMOKING
In 2002 Paul and I built our first and only Smoker.
The shell was made from a piece of scrap 3/8 inch steel that was over bent and then scraped, The name P&D's, well the P for Paul which did all of the welding and the D for Don (me) and I did the designing of the Smoker.
So P&D's BBQ was formed. We offer catering and started competing in 2009
In the spring of 2011 I give the Smoker a face lift which included wrapping the fire boxes with Stainless Steel and power coated the entire Smoker.
In the year of 2012 I changed our competition team name from P&D's BBQ to sssSMOKING. I still use P&D's BBQ for my catering events.
