Year Started: 2007
Members:
THOMAS J ALLINGHAM
In 2006 Tom, Amy and Gino attended the Hudson Valley Rib Fest. Tom, who loves to cook, decided after seeing all the competitors and having fun speaking with them, that he wanted to compete. In 2007 Tom and Amy purchased a Meadow Creek smoker. Tom and Brian went to pick up the smoker in Pensylvania and attend a KCBS judging class and became KCBS judges. We started practicing and entered the 2007 Hudson Valley Ribfest. Tom, our Pit Master, picked the team name and we were on our way. We finished in the top 40% and were hooked. We have since purchased a used FEC 100, which we love.
