My wife Kathryn and I make up our team. We started cooking with the encouragement of Kathryn's sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Mike Wozniak, better known as QUAU. We started off slow, but I think we are hooked now, as we recently bought a stumps smoker form Mike and Beth.
