Started cooking several years ago under the name red neck cuzins BBQ. Since then I have purchased a Spice Wine Cooker from Columbia, MO. (best cooker ever) I have not competed in any KCBS contest with it but am excited to do so.

Biggest Wins: Just completed Queing for a Cause contest in Columbia MO. 33 teams in all. I got 4th in ribs, and second in OTHER category. 19th overall. Also won two local back yard contests this year.
