We started out in 2010 to see how how food stacked up against other folks. We entered a few competitions and competed in the "Backyard Division". We had some success in every competition and decided to jump to the pros to finish up the year. In our first pro comp we took 6th in brisket, 8th in pork, 12th in ribs, and a 3rd in sausage.
