Led by Bay Area Egger Darry Smith (aka Smitty) the Smoke Patrol utilizes the Big Green Egg as it's cooker of choice. Many Bay Area Eggers come out to lend a hand from time to time when the Patrol is in their town. Smitty is an active member of the California Barbeque Association was elected and served on the Board of Directors from 2008 thru 2011. Owner of Eggs by the Bay in Santa Clara, CA.
