Our Team name comes from the " Applewood Chunks" used for smoking and the flavor it gives our BBQ.

The Patlan Applewood team Comprised from generations of ranchers from the Covina, Chino area back when the area was dominated by pig and citrus farms.
Our family history has been traced back to a small town near Milta Alpa , located near Mexico City , where generations of our family operated an establishment which served some of the best ranch style Carne Asada, and Chicken Mole in the area.
The Patlan Family has discovered the wonderful flavor Applewood chunks adds to our great BBQ .
Today we've combined the Applewood flavor along with our culinary background and ranch style cooking to bring you what we hope will one of the best BBQ experiences ever!!
