We started our team in 2013 with our first contest we cooked in the Festival of Discovery in Greenwood SC in the backyard division we had a 2nd place in Chicken and a 2nd place in Pork we finished 3rd overall. Then we cooked in Laurens at the Squealing on the Square we took 1st place in anything butt and 8th place in Chicken 13th place overall. The team was named after me Rick and my brother Ernie and a close friend Chris.
