We have spent a lot of time at competitions all over the southeast as KCBS Certified BBQ Judges where we have eaten some of the best BBQ in the country. There is nothing like the glorious smell of wood-smoked BBQ. We fell in love with the atmosphere and the amazing people, so we decided to get in on the action. We got our first smoker (a Grilla - Laura's baby), and we were hooked.

Kevin, the Pit Crew Chief, is in charge of all technical happenings and maintenance on grills. He makes sure we have everything we need to compete. If it was up to Laura, we would forget everything but the Grilla.

Laura, the Pitmaster, is in charge of developing our flavor profiles and making sure everything is smoked to perfection. With a knack for flavors, she makes her own rubs and sauces for everything we cook.
