The Dirty Ol' Butt Slappers is a team that consists of a husband(Tom), a wife (Sue) and a Boston Terrier BBQ Dog (Timme). We are joined by family and friends at almost every competition, son(Tighe)aunts(Linda & Anne)cousin(Maureen)niece(Bridgett). Tom and Sue started competing 2 years ago when Tom turned 50 and wanted to buy a Meadow Creek TS250 BBQ Pitt.With the threat of us being "Empty Nesters' in the Fall of 2013 we decided to be aggressive in 2012.we learned a lot from last years competitions and being on the road, we made lots of friends from all over the country and look forward to 2013.We welcome 2013 with a New BBQ Truck that Tom has designed and built. Tom is Facilities Admistrator for the Diocese of Knoxville and Sue spends her time volunteering and subbing at the Church's pre-school.
