Retired from the Champaign Fire Department in 2001 and currently work for the Illinois State Fire Academy. Started with an electric smoker about 20 years ago and currently use a Stump's Stretch and love it. Decided to compete this year. After cooking for Firefighters for over 30 years it will be good to cook for some judges that might have a good thing to say about the results! Time will tell.
