The love of cooking out & having a great BBQ sauce has moved me to create Flippy's Smokin BBQ, a proffesional team and a catering company. Large restaurant manager by day, and Pitmaster by night. My wife Jenny keeps me on point and helps keep me organized. She is in charge of checklists and turn in boxes. My son, Brice will be set-up & break down man. He will also scout out fastest routes to turn in tables. Let the SMOKIN begin!!!!
