we are a relatively new team competeing on both KCBS and MIM circuits,we only get to do a few events ayear at this time.we have studied under Mr. Mike Mills.of legendary barbecue fame and maintain a plethers of professional cooking experience. we believe in the pure goodness of the old school craft of barbecue and strive to carry on in these beliefs, mix in some good friends,a good time attitude and some cold ones and we feel we have the recipe for success.
