CHIX, SWINE & BOVINE Bbq. is the proud winner of the 2008 Virginia State Championship at the Que & Cruz held in Louisa, Virginia. We are members of the Kansas City Barbecue Society and the Mid Atlantic Barbecue Association. Team members Mike Richter, Barbara Driscoll, and Chris Owen are certified KCBS Judges. The rest of the team consists of Paul Sobwick, Josh Halbedel, Jenn Anderson, Michelle Anderson, Bill Oiler, Glen Ray, Mike Stone, and the Honorable John Douglas Caulfield. Just a crazy group of friends from Columbia, Maryland and across the country who like to Q.
