Double D's Barbecue is a team composed of family and friends that in its short two year existence has seen consistent improvement. Led by pitmaster Dallas Packer, Double D's consistently placed in the top 10 in it's compeition's in 2007 placing 8th in Norfolk, VA, 7th in Madison IN, 6th in New Holland PA, and 4th in Nelsonville, OH. Double D's credits much of its success to classes taken from such legends as Myron Mixon, Fast Eddy Maurin, Mike Davis, and Chris Lilly.
