My beautiful wife Lisa an I started competition cooking to promote our soon to be BBQ shack . Hear it is 2013 shack still not up a running but ready to start the 2013 comp. season LOL . Have had some great success with countless walks and grand champions on our local circuit even a TN state championship . Are ready to start a new chapter in our cooking lives KCBS comp. and the shack is going up.
