Mark Peebles started competing in 2005 with his close friend, Curt McAdams. In 2006, while riding along in the car with his 3-year-old son, Tommy, Mark was making silly animal noises, when "OinkADoodleMoo" popped out of his mouth! His first thought was, "that would make a great name for a Barbeque Team!" A short time later, Mark was in a sales meeting when he started to daydream about serving Championship Style BBQ to the public, and the OinkADoodleMoo Smoky BBQ Restaurant Concept was born. Mark continued to compete into 2009, but starting the restaurant forced Mark and his partners into a focused effort to get their business off the ground.
Finally, In 2011, after landing restaurant awards and national recognition from the Fast Casual Industry for their concept, Mark and the OinkADoodleMoo team are ready to hit the circuit once again!
