We've been smokin for years. I started out Q'n whole hogs when I was 10, then started doing comps in 2000. Matt Davis, the other half of the team owns a country store in our community, where Q is always on the menu. He's committed to the smoke, a little OCD at times, but the product speaks for itself. Look for us all around the Southeast.
