This in our first year to start hitting the BBQ contest around KC Mo. The firts contest was Jesse James BBQ at Kearney Mo. We had a great time, thing didn't go all bad, we just over cooked or brisket and rib could had more meat on them. Chicken turned out good, 29th out of 60, turkey 35 out of 60, pork 44 out of 60, then it was all down hill form there. But, we can only get better form this point.
