David is a Compliance Officer for the City of Salt Lake and has been since 2008. David has always had a passion for food and loves to make all kinds of food. David has taught cooking classes for Macey grocery stores as well as taught people who just are willing to listen and try something new.
Jamie Boyle has worked for the State of Utah since 1997 as a HR technician and as of 2014 an HR MANAGER. Jamie has a great passion for scrapbooking and doing all kinds of crafts.
Jamie Boyle and David Grover have been cooking in Dutch ovens together since 2009 and David started cooking in Dutch ovens 2 years prior to that. The duo decided to try BBQ in the summer of 2010 and fell in love with it. The team is always trying new things, and are constantly tweaking their recipes to make the perfect flavor combinations. The team has had a lot of success in its short time. GO JAMIE GO!!!!
