We started cooking in 2003 and we took a first place at our first cook-off. We've been hooked ever since. Since then, we have cooked 20 to 25 cook-offs per year. In 2007, we joined KCBS and ventured out of Texas with some success. We plan on cooking outside Texas a little more next year so look for us!
